Hi all,

There are little graphics in our current forms that I am trying to figure out how to get into the apparently text-only templates. for example, there is a little person graphic that says front and back to "Identify any lesions, bruises, etc" in our current 9 pager nursing assessment that may be JCAHO required. What do people do about those? I could do a little stick figure with keyboard art but then how does one mark it?
