OPTION ORW CLEAR SIZES USER

This option is used to move the CPRS screen back into the visible window. The problem is that the User information stored in VistA specifies a screen position that is not visible to the user because it is out of the position range visible on that specific screen.

A symptom of this problem is that when CPRS starts up, the login (Access and Verify Code) works fine, but then the main CPRS screen fails to show up, but the taskbar entry for CPRS is clearly visible.

The Menu option is :

GUI Clear Size & Position Settings for User [ORW CLEAR SIZES USER]

This problem usually occurs when a person moves from a multiple screen MS Windows system to a single screen system.
