The Intracare Implementation Log Episode 6 (Back to Episode 5) (Back to Log Homepage) (On to Episode 7)

7/23/08 So I sent a modest funding request up the chain of command. The hospital is a reasonably well managed not for profit that is recovering from a bad stretch income wise in the Spring of 2007. Answer came back that there isn't money to do this implementation right now except on a voluntary basis. The problem is that I think that between myself, local community resources and this community that I could stand it up but we are talking about 2-3 years versus 6 months to a year with discretionary funds. The possibility of implementation grants has come up. Does anyone know of agencies that do grants for implementations or any other way of funding this?
