What is An Alert Dialog?

An Alert Dialog is a method of informing a user of VistA information that is not life-threatening, but should inform their medical practice.


An Alert is NOT the same as a Notification.

File ##8992 -- ALERT FILE is used to record the alerts (by NEW PERSON) that are outstanding for a person.
