Restricted Patient

A Restricted Patient is an entry in the PATIENT FILE which is marked in the DG SECURITY LOG FILE


When you use ^DIC to look up the patient it will print the message: 

                                ***WARNING***
                            ***RESTRICTED RECORD***
>

The message comes from ROUTINE DGSEC4
