IFMC is contracted by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
The contract for the VistA Office EHR is an IFMC contract.
Two known subcontractors of IFMC are for
- development of the VistA Office EHR system - DAOU Systems
- development of a VistA Vendors Support Office - WorldVistA
