- Status
- A result that indicates the processing state of an order; for example, a Cardiology Consult order may be “discontinued (dc)” or “completed (c)”.

- Status
- A code used to inform a clinician about the condition or progress of a medication order. For Unit Dose and IVP/IVPB orders, status codes include G=Given, H=Held, R=Refused, M=Missing, and RM=Removed (patch removal only). For IV orders, status codes include I=Infusing, H=Held, R=Refused, S=Stopped, C=Completed, and M=Missing.

- A - active, E - expired, R - renewed (or reinstated), D - discontinued, H - on hold, I - incomplete, or N - non-verified, U – unreleased, P – pending, O – on call, DE – discontinued edit, RE – reinstated, DR – discontinued renewal.
